As a coffee lover I booked Koalakoffee from a recommendation to attend my wedding reception in October and what a wonderful addition to the day it turned out to be. Chris was so professional and friendly from first contact enquiry right through to his Barista skills on the day. The presentation and personalisation of the coffee bar was outstanding and his drinks were equal to high end coffee shops. Wouldn’t think twice to use his services again if ever I needed to.

Chris has been amazing! From initial conversations, adjusting and tailoring his services to match our brief of the ideal professional coffee barista for our stand at IBMS Congress 2025.
I enjoyed organising all our branded elements within our package with Chris as he kept me in the loop of the progress with frequent communication, understood and was compliant with our brand identity, and aligned with my expectations for delivery of the event.
It was a real pleasure to work with the coffee barista (Ewelina) she was very professional, agile, friendly and approachable. The freshly made branded hot beverages were a great hit! This element of our stand was a real crowd pleaser as visitors were drawn to our stand instantly; this facilitated the opportunity to have conversations in a relaxed environment at our seating area on our stand.
I would highly recommend Chris and his team for anyone who needs a professional coffee barista! You will be looked after!

Chris was brilliant from start to finish... incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly.
Being able to organise branded cups, chocolates and stencils through Chris was also an extra touch that I didn't have to think about myself, but added so much at the event and people commented on how great everything looked.
Chris also managed set up and was incredibly professional - I didn't have to worry about a thing! The coffee and chocolate were fantastic, would 100% work with Chris again 🙂

We used Chris (KoalaKoffee) for a trade exhibition at the NEC this past week. The whole experience from initial contact to the last day of the event has been excellent.
Chris has experience working at exhibitions so was happy to accommodate any rules we had regarding coffee to visitors. Staff and customers were constantly complimenting how amazing the coffee was.

Five stars for Chris and his team! We hired Koala Koffee for a two day event, Corporate Jet Investor London 2025 in February and from start to finish the team were very professional and accommodating. Our attendees loved the coffee as well as the superb customer service. We would definitely use them again.

We used Koala Koffee for a 2-day conference two weeks ago, and it was fantastic. Chris was very helpful in the build-up to the event, and although he was working at another stand on both days, he would often come round to check that everything was all going ok on our stand.
The quality of the coffee was excellent, and both baristas were very friendly. Will not hesitate to go back to Chris and Koala Koffee for our next event.

Chris/KoalaKoffee supported us in Aberdeen in September at a conference. Having coffee machines on the stand certainly helped footfall, but the coffee and variety of options on offer were far better than expected and Chris was fantastic with the customers. Highly recommend his services and will definitely look to use them in the future.

We hired KoalaKoffee for an exhibition down in London to attract more footfall to the stand and to offer something a bit different. It was a great success and Chris was fantastic with our customers offering a range of coffees which were so much better than the usual exhibition offerings!! Always on time in the mornings and happy to stay until the last customer disappeared in the afternoon. We will be booking him again this year!

Chris is super easy to work with and makes the most delicious hot drinks. We employed him to work on our exhibition stand for 3 days serving hot drinks to our clients and he was really professional and accommodating. I would recommend Chris to cater at any event but particularly if you want a professional, premium offer - he's the best.

Chris supported Ezitracker at The Cleaning Show at London Excel - Chris was professional at all times, worked well with the Ezitracker team and provided excellent service to attending customers and prospects. Having an on stand Barista was a real draw to our stand and will work with KoalaKoffee again.

We used KoalaKoffee on our stand at a recent exhibition. The coffee was excellent and a real magnet for clients visiting our stand. Everything was easy to arrange and Chris is a great ambassador for his business. KoalaKoffee comes highly recommended for any event. We will certainly use them again.
